L.A.'s grand sire is Lugano 1, who sired 30 approved stallions and many States Premium Mares. His dam line combines the legendary blood of Absatz and Gottard. Absatz is the sire of 40 approved stallions, 68 States Premium Mares, and more then 400 Main Studbook Mares. Argentan, Absatz's son, and L.A.'s grand sire, is regarded as the best approved son of Absatz, and was voted Celle Stallion of the Year in 1994. He is also sire of the World Cup Showjumping Champion, Aramis, and the 1990 German Champion of Showjumpers, Alcazar. Another famous son of the great Absatz, is the dressage great, Aktuell. |
